Other amenities include - 2 4K Smart TVs - 500 mbps WiFi - BBQGrill+Firepit - Washer/Dryer - FreeParking - Workspace DETAILED LAYOUT DESCRIPTION: LIVING AREAS / KITCHEN: The house features an open floor plan with six bedrooms spread out with a modernized kitchen, 2 spacious living rooms, and warm pool in between! Upon walking in, you’re greeted by the openness of the home. You can see both living rooms, the pool area, and the kitchen. The first living room has a large 4K Smart TV and sofa - going forward you have the central kitchen with granite counters, with an island, and bar height counter with stools. Don’t forget the bright natural lighting and views of the pool through the wall-to-wall sliding doors and windows all through the house. Our home has nearly 30 windows all on one floor! Directly in front would be the second living room with fireplace, large 4K Smart TV and sectional seating. OUTSIDE/POOL: The front of the home has a small pond and decorative plants, to the back and side are tall trees which provide plenty of privacy! In the back is our unique heated pool, enclosed by the lanai screen. It is curved and also has a small section good for kids or just hanging out. The pool deck is very large and features ample walking space and some loungers for sunbathing. There is also a covered area against the house with seating. The pool is heated by a powerful heat pump on a daily cycle set to mid-80s temperature. There is zero fee for this, but please keep in mind the weather will strongly affect the ability to keep the water warm in cooler months.

Palm Coast FL is a great area to be in Florida, with beaches just 15 minutes away and within 1.5 hours of the theme parks! Palm coast is more private and safer than the bustling cities like Orlando and Miami, yet still has all the shopping, dining, and activities nearby to entertain nearly any group!
