As a guest at the Beach Club, you can opt to purchase weekly wristband access to the community's pool and clubhouse amenities, including billiards, sports courts, and a fitness center. A wristband also grants the wearer access to the seasonal weekend shuttle with service to/from the beach and town. Packed with a plethora of comfortable features, the home comes well-appointed for a family-friendly vacation. The large, fenced backyard sets the stage for endless outdoor entertainment, with its furnished patio and gas grill. The main-floor living area features comfortable seating and a smart TV, while the upstairs loft area includes a TV and seating for group flexibility. Handle family-style meal prep with ease in the sparkling stainless steel full kitchen. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The indoor pool is not accessible. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
