Within walking distance of the complex, you will find many dining options and endless beaches for your convenience. Enjoy a nature hike at Deer Lake State Park, or head to Blue Sky Fishing 30A, two miles from the condo, and charter a boat to catch the big one! A bit farther up the highway, you can play a round of golf at Camp Creek Golf Club! This condo features modern furnishings, tile, and decor. The living area and primary bedroom lead to the relaxing balcony, with an uninterrupted view of the Gulf of Mexico. The full kitchen boasts a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare a delicious meal for the whole group. Serve dinner at the cozy dining table or the breakfast bar. There is a TV and DVD player in the living room and one in each bedroom, so everyone can watch their favorite shows simultaneously! Spend the day outside at the pool or the beach lounging. THINGS TO KNOW This property is not snowbird-friendly. There is ongoing construction occurring on the ground floor. No amenities are affected, but noise such as hammering may be audible. The work typically occurs Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. The construction is almost finished, but there isn't an exact end date. Beach service is not included. Beach chairs are available to rent with the vendor on the beach.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 10. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
