If you have more guests, you may be able to rent both places.** **There is an additional cleaning every 10-14 days for longer stays.** Perfect for a single person, couple or family with small children. For those of you with larger families, you can search for the main house listing: PALM POINT... 3 bedroom; 2 bath remodeled 1950's house. Palm View is nestled on the second floor above the main house's carport, with its own private entrance and all positive reviews (on other listing sites). Only the driveway is shared if there are other guests in the main house. Palm View was built in 1950 by the founder of Melbourne Village. We kept the historic feel with modern amenities. It is a natural park-like oasis in the middle of the city of Melbourne in coastal central Florida. **There is an additional cleaning fee every 2 weeks for longer stays.**

Our family has been an Airbnb host for 20 years! For our Maine beach house, many of our guests come back the same week every summer. We have 5 kids and enjoy coming up and enjoying a little and working together to make our home a place families enjoy year after year.
