This home boasts a spacious and remarkable outdoor space that includes a firepit, an outdoor dining area with picnic tables and a gas grill, a basketball hoop, and a private dock. Inside, you'll find a modern open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The welcoming living room offers cozy sofas, a record player with a vast selection of vinyls, and a smart TV with streaming services to keep you up-to-date with your favorite series. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the major appliances and utensils you need to channel your inner chef and prepare exquisite homemade meals. Additionally, there are smart TVs in two out of three bedrooms, a washer/dryer, and a covered outdoor dining area for your convenience. Things to Know Please note that sirens go off at 11 a.m. every 1st Wednesday of the month. Boats are not available for guest use. 3rd bedroom is not connected to the main home. This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
