Relax in our spacious 3 bedroom / 2 bath home that will feel like you are living in the country. Outdoor space complete with dining for six at the fire table, outdoor mural, covered grilling area and yard games. Convenient location just minutes to OSU, Reser Stadium, Downtown Corvallis, lots of local golf courses, shopping and dining. This is a perfect home for families, groups of friends and business travelers visiting Corvallis that prefer to be close to everything.
The home is located on .5+ acre of property to enjoy right off Hwy 99 with only one neighbor. Just a 1 mile walk South to local dining favorites 4 Spirits Distillery & Block 15 Brewery. 1.5 miles to Downtown Corvallis, 2.3 mile drive or Uber ride to Reser Stadium and OSU campus. Located only 35 minutes from Eugene Airport and 90 minutes to Portland Airport.
