Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer you “Sammy’s Cottage”. This newly updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath St. Simons Island cottage is located in the historic Kings Terrace Subdivision and situated on a large .33 acre lot. Sammy's has a large back deck perfect for sipping afternoon cocktails while enjoying the beautiful overhanging live oak trees.
The nicely furnished living room has a 48 inch flat screen HDTV and plenty of seating for you and your family! The Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom each have 32" flat screen smart TVs and very comfortable bedding. Your doggie will enjoy the roominess of this cottage as well as access to plenty of walking trails in the area.
Sammy's Cottage is in a great location - about 1/2 mile to the main Pier Village area and less than 2 miles to the best beaches! It’s the perfect location for riding the many miles of biking trails waiting for you. Don’t forget to look for the SSI Tree Spirits hiding all over the island!
