Outdoor enthusiasts will discover disc golf, walking trails/tracks, and a playground area within a short walking distance. There is a pond right in front of the home where you can cast a line and try your luck. The extensive deck faces the pond and offers a wonderful spot to unwind and create everlasting memories. Gather around the firepit for some storytelling or surprise your loved ones with delicious grilled treats prepared on the gas grill. There is a covered outdoor dining area adjacent to the grill. You can easily access the private outdoor pool from the deck and enjoy a refreshing splash after a tasty meal. Inside, this air-conditioned home boasts a spacious great room with comfortable seating throughout, a gorgeous brick fireplace, and a smart TV with streaming services to keep you entertained during your stay. There is a second living area with vaulted ceilings, more seats, and a working desk should anyone need to work remotely. The kitchen has been appointed with all the essentials to prepare anything that comes to mind; you will find all the major appliances plus two coffee makers. And when mealtime comes, you can dine at any of the two dining rooms available. Additional perks include a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer, cornhole boards, and board games. Sleeping arrangements include four comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite has a spacious and luxe en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, two vanities, and a walk-in shower.
