Relax in your own quiet, comfortable guest suite. This lower level private space has a keyless entry for self check-in and is accessible by a set of stairs adjacent to your dedicated parking spot. The comfortable bedroom has a queen sized bed and includes a 32" smart TV. A kitchenette and generous sized living area offer everything you may need for a comfortable stay.

We're retired grandparents who love to travel and spend time with our family. We live on the property and are available to help with any questions. You can reach us through the app, by text or phone. We respond promptly to all communication. If you need anything at all, please do not hesitate to contact us. We also maintain the lawn and gardens, so you may see us outside during your visit.

Davison is a quiet, safe small town about 5 miles east of Flint, MI. A robust park system in the area offers a wide variety of outdoor activities including swimming, hiking and biking on miles of paved trails, skating, sledding and nature programming. The city of Flint has lots of nightlife options, shopping, fun restaurants and great cultural activities that are a must-see when you are in town. Flint has a professional Hockey team (Flint Firebirds) and a professional Soccer team (Flint City Bucks). Stay closer to home and find lots of great local restaurants and coffee shops in Davison or order in from Grubhub, Door Dash or UberEats. Genesee County has a public bus system (MTA) but no stops near our house. You can also call ahead for a door-to-door service called "Your Ride" that will take you to most locations. We also have private taxis, Uber and Lyft available. Because of our suburban location you may find it difficult to get around the area without your own car.
