We are offering Two stunning and pristine waterfront homes. This listing is for the 1200 sq ft Guest Home with 1 king size bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 queen sleeper sofa, as well as wraparound balcony. We also have a 2600 sq ft Main Home with 4 bedrooms, a master bath with soaking tub, a guest bathroom, as well as wraparound balcony, with the option to rent out both of them, if you'd like. This homestead is surrounded by a State Park, with all the beauty nature can afford. Enjoy the Spectacular views morning, noon and especially evening, from inside or outside. A Truly Special Place to experience. Prepare your favorite dishes and throw open the slider doors and invite the outside to be your guest. Our rates above are for a minimum 7 day stay. We do also offer reduced rates for monthly, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months through annual rentals, please contact us if interested. A caretaker is sometimes present on site, to keep the property looking nice and tend to all of the beautiful Florida plants. We offer some cleaning supplies of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and toilet paper. Several grocery/convenience stores are close by, if you need more. We can sometimes accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs depending on our schedule. Please reach out to us if your group would be interested in this accommodation. Please note, we ask for an extra fee if we can accommodate this during your stay. Trash (black bins) and recycling (big blue bin) services occur every Friday morning, out at the end of the driveway on the grass area.
