Relax in this three-bedroom ranch house with fenced in private backyard, just minutes from Airport, OSU, Easton and Intel. The perfect place for your getaway / work trip. Inside, you'll find high-end mattresses for a comfortable night's sleep, while the spacious fenced backyard provides the perfect space for your furry friend. Includes refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, air conditioning, Wifi, washer dryer, Roku TV and parking. Hot Tub coming in November. Full access to the house but not garage. For the comfort and safety of all guests, this property is equipped with noise detection, smoke detection, and an exterior camera system. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!
