Other attractions within minutes are: 7 Minutes: High Falls - Funky small town on the banks of the Esopus river. 12 minutes: Mohonk Preserve ; hiking, climb the world-famous Gunks cliffs, biking ,horseback ride, ski and snowshoe. 20 minutes: Minnewaska State Park; hiking, biking, swimming, scuba-diving, rock-climbing, bouldering, boating and marveling at the scenery.
