Welcome to the Richmond Cottage! This newly renovated 3 bed, 1 bath home has brand new furnishings & is fully stocked with everything you need for a stay in RVA. The cottage is 1000 sq ft with fenced backyard, firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, private dining area & off-street parking. 5-10 minute drive to most places in downtown Richmond including VA Capital Bike Trail, Bell Isle, Carytown, Richmond Raceway, Scott's Addition & more! Single family home with off street parking behind the house. 3 bedroom (2 queen beds each in their own room and third bedroom with twin bed) & 1 full bath. Bath is jack and jill between the two primary queen bedrooms. Large spacious kitchen with separate dining area Cozy living room with leather furniture. The entirety of the property is accessible to guests with the exception of a hospitality closet. We are pet lovers and are dog friendly only (up to two dogs and no cats or other pets allowed). However, we request only house-trained dogs only who are well-behaved and up to date on vaccinations stay with us. We do charge a fee for up to two dogs. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your friendly pup! DISCOUNTS: Our pricing is haggle-free and always represents the lowest and best price we can offer, including long-term and seasonal rates. Weekly and monthly discounts are shown, if applicable. We are not able to provide additional discounts. - AVAILABILITY: Our calendar is up to date and accurate. If your requested dates are showing as available, you are welcome to proceed with your booking! - EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. - No unauthorized guests; this will result in an extra fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason. - PET POLICY: We only allow dogs; no cats. This is non-negotiable. Quiet neighborhood in the heart of Richmond's Northside. Nearby biking and walking path and is walking distance to a great, local coffee shop- Smoky Mug. This location is a short drive or bike ride to many downtown locations. Most of the city is easily accessible within a 10 or so minute drive! - Scott's Addition - Carytown - Maymont Park - Byrd Park - Fan district - VCU Free street parking is available in front of the home. Guests can get around via car, Uber & Lyft. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions you may have regarding parking and/or directions to our home. We will answer you promptly! - This is a quiet neighborhood, please be respectful to neighbors and control noise overnight between 10 pm and 9 am. - Please lock your car doors! While this is a safe area, it's best to be safe and always lock both the house and your cars. Please also avoid leaving valuable and expensive objects in your car overnight. - Trash pick-up is in the alley. Please place any trash and recycling in the trash cans behind the house and it will be picked up weekly. - NO parties allowed and please respect the property like it is your own. If you need anything at all, just ask us. - We also have laundry on site. Please leave the washer door slightly open if you use it to let it dry out. We do not provide laundry supplies.
