Welcome to Roo Retreat, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This beautiful home is fully updated and ready for your family getaway! Walk to the Kangaroo Lake beach located just 300 yards away, or take a quick 7-minute drive to downtown Baileys Harbor with lots of dining options, shopping and entertainment. The home has 3 bedrooms, all on the same level. The primary bedroom includes a King bed and Smart TV and primary bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and a nice futon for an extra guest. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom includes 2 double beds. The front yard has a porch with an outdoor patio set that's perfect for morning coffee. Enjoy the backyard during the evening roasting marshmallows around the firepit. Plenty of outdoor seating for your group! Property Features: + Beach area at Kangaroo Lake is about 300 yards and an easy walk from the home + Large front and backyard space + Deck area with patio furniture + Gas grill (propane provided) + Fire pit with ample seating (please bring local firewood) + Yard games + Cards, board games and books for guest's enjoyment + Public beach within walking distance + Pet free due to owner allergies (no exceptions, please). + Wi-Fi high speed internet Starlink, supports virtual meetings + Smart TVs in primary bedroom and living room.
