The Sands of Kahana offers a quiet Maui escape with excellent amenities, all while being close proximity to top beaches, restaurants and Maui attractions! In the living room, you will find ample seating and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests, a large flat screen TV, and a desk area. For entertainment, the flat screen TVs are equipped with cable and there is WiFi throughout. The master bedroom has a California King size bed, flat screen TV with cable and brilliant ocean views that open to the lanai. The ensuite remodeled bathroom features dual sinks and tile shower. The guest bedroom offers two Queen size beds and TV with the guest bathroom also having dual sinks and a tile shower. Enjoy the convenience of having a washer and dryer inside your condo. Sands of Kahana 355 does not have A/C, is a 2-bedroom. 2-bath condo that is located on the 5th floor. Please note that the property does have an elevator for easy access to the 5th floor location. Unit 355 offers a fully equipped and spacious remodeled kitchen, perfect for preparing meals in-house to enjoy on your private ocean front lanai. This beautiful kitchen features custom cabinets and lighting, full-size stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of granite counter space.

Additional Description: The Sands of Kahana resort is located between Kaanapali and Kapalua, near many top beaches and restaurants. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants and less than 15 minutes from Lahaina. The resort amenities include adult and children pools, spas, on-site bar and restaurant, three tennis courts, putting greens, fitness gym, and BBQ areas. The nightly rate will cover up to 6 guests, but we can accommodate up to 8 guests with an additional 25 dollars for each guest per day. *Resort Fee: 75 dollar fee is due to the resort upon check-in.
