The unit comes with free parking for 1 car. Lots of amenities including Air Conditioning, washer & dryer, WiFi, equipped kitchen, coffee, coffee maker, kettle, stove, fridge, hair dryer, hair Iron, and sewing kit. The private bedroom features a Queen size bed, and a remote controlled fan. There is a Queen size futon sofa in the living room as well. For safety, the unit has a first aid kit, smoke and CO detectors, fire extinguisher, and a fire extinguisher blanket. Close to everything! Within 2 miles of shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, Fwy 101, bike/walking paths and only 10 minute drive to Downtown or UCSB, and 30 minute drive to wine country, and the Chumash Casino in Santa Ynez, and the picturesque town of Solvang with its Danish-style architecture and many wineries. There are 2 structures in our property, a front house and a house in the back. The unit is at the building in the back which is at the end of our driveway, and the parking spot is on the right side of the driveway with a "reserved parking" sign with blue letters. The door to the unit is around the building to the right. You'll pass a first wooden door and around the corner you'll see another wooden door with a metal plate with the image of a Mermaid. The door to the unit will be on the left. The information to get into the unit will be visible at the policies section once bookings are paid for.

Our place is in a very desirable and safe neighborhood, and close to everything. We live in an Easement which make our property more private and secluded.
