The cozy living room, with its warm and welcoming atmosphere, boasts a wood-burning fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings. Our quaint kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary needs. The spacious dining area offers a perfect spot for family meals and gatherings where you can play board games or cards, all of which are provided, including poker chips. The top level of the cabin features two bedrooms, each with king beds, end tables, dressers, armoires, and flat-screen TVs. A well-appointed full bath and full-size washer and dryer with provided detergent ensure convenience during your stay. The cabin is adorned with beautiful real wood floors and walls throughout giving it that true mountain feel. Step outside to find two decks, both with stunning water views. The front deck is equipped with a gas grill and bistro set, perfect for al fresco dining, while the back deck features a fireplace and comfy couches for unwinding in nature’s embrace. Enjoy a variety of outdoor activities with cornhole, bocce, and ring toss on the turf area, and giant Jenga on the back deck. All game equipment is provided for endless fun. The large driveway accommodates up to three vehicles and lights up at night, ensuring a safe return home after a day of adventures. Simply Devine at Water's Edge is situated on a stunning, spring-fed lake teeming with fish, turtles, and more. Enjoy fishing with the provided poles and fish food or relax on the water with our floats.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
