Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this spacious end unit town home with lots of room to relax. Olive Way 106 is in a great location and it would be perfect for two families getting together! This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo has over 1,860 SF of living area! As you first enter this coastal rental, you are greeted to a small foyer area with a hallway extending to the back. Bedroom #1 is on the left - with a comfortable Queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and TV. On the right you'll find a blast of sunshine in Bedroom #2 - having two Twin-sized beds and opening up to the private courtyard area. There is one full bathroom downstairs as well as a stack-able washer/dryer. Once you arrive on the 2nd floor, you will find a large open floor plan for the den and dining room. Hardwood flooring, lots of windows and light colored furniture make this a perfect gathering place! The den has a TV and DVD player and a selection of movies if you have the extra time. The kitchen has everything you need including coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and microwave and there is plenty of seating around the table. A half-bath is also located on this level.
