Please note that the 4-BR House includes private use of the whole detached home, which includes the main ground floor and downstairs/lower level, and certain amenities listed are only included with the 4-BR House rental, like the washer/dryer and exclusive use of the back patio lounge area and other outdoor space. The 2-BR House units can be rented simultaneously but no inside living spaces are shared and are completely separate as there is an interior door that can be locked to separate the units. All units include computer monitors, printers, and fast WIFI for your work from home needs. When renting just the upper 2-BR unit or the lower 2-BR unit, renters in the upper 2-BR have exclusive access to park in the main driveway and utilize the house's main front door for entry/exit. The back patio area and outdoor space is shared if there are renters staying downstairs as well. Please refer to our blueprints and sketches of the floorplans for reference. The lower 2-BR has access to enter and exit through the rear gate and rear house door (the interior doors upon entering here remain locked to separate the units). Parking for guests in the lower 2-BR is provided for free on 66th Street, which is adjacent to the back fence and very easy to use. Note the garage and two small interior closets are locked for storage.

The area is a relatively quiet and residential, but many of Denver's hottest restaurants, bars, and attractions (sports stadiums, museums, and etc.) are just a short 10-15 minute Uber or car ride away. The neighborhood itself has many nice parks, open spaces with views, hiking and biking trails nearby, and plenty more. Olde Town Arvada is also just minutes away and has its own set of restaurants, bars, and areas to explore! You can access the Rockies via I-70 which is just minutes away and provides direct access to most major resorts and parks! The house serves as a great jumping off point for all your Colorado activities!
