Ute 302 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo t with a private balcony and great views of Aspen Mountain.  Located on the east side downtown Aspen, it is just a few short blocks to the Ajax Mountain gondola and Aspen’s downtown core with world-class dining, shopping, and nightlife. The complimentary Downtowner transportation comes to the roundabout in the front of the complex when summoned. It includes one covered off street parking spot. It is a roomy and can sleep up to six people with a queen-sized bed in the master, and a queen and a double bed in the second bedroom. Upon entering the condo, to your immediate right you will find a bench to take your boots off and plenty of space to hang your coats, store your boots and your gear. Other features include a full kitchen and dining area, a washer and dryer, wireless internet, one designated off-street parking space, flat screen TVs, a wood-burning fireplace, and iPod dock stations. No pets.
