Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 12 adults, excluding children under five (5) years of age.  2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. 3. Notice to Boaters - Unfortunately Tahoe Getaways is unable to provide watercraft of any kind to our guests. TRPA requires boat inspection/certification and a clean boating certification sticker must be procured. Boaters must provide their own mooring lines.   4. There is public beach access adjacent to this home as well as through the neighbors gate via the backyard.  5. Outdoor shower and half bath will not be accessible during the winter months.  6. The property next door is currently under construction. Some noise and nuisance is possible. Please inquire for details. 7. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties.
