NEWLY updated condo nestled next to Ober Gatlinburg and the National Park. Enjoy our 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a beautiful seasonal view that you can call your home away from home. You are sure to feel comfortable once you settle into this beautiful place that a local bear family calls home! Enjoy your stay at Cozy Alpine Hideaway! The space PLEASE NOTE: The roads leading to the condo are winding; but they are all paved, two-way roads. After your first couple of times up and down the mountain, you’ll be a pro! Although we are located on the ground floor, there are a couple of half flights of stairs from the parking lot to reach the front door. To locate the condo, park near the stair entry that is labeled *4* on the railing. This will be the staircase that takes you directly to the front door on the ground level. It is near the entrance of the parking lot. Kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. You will also find a coffee/tea bar as you will not find a Cafe at the top of the mountain! There is a washer and dryer available in the kitchen as well. Dining You will find a full sized table with seating for up to 4, along with a bar top with 2 additional seats. Living In the living area you will find a couch, 2 chairs, a Smart TV, and a wood burning fireplace. Our condo is equipped with high speed WiFi for all of your work/play needs. Bedroom 1 The master bedroom has a King sized bed, along with attached master bathroom. There is a fan and hangers available for use stored in the closet. A full sized dresser. Bedroom 2 The guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a fan and hangers for use stored in the closet. A full sized dresser. There is a pocket door that can close the bedroom and guest bathroom off from the main living area as well

Enjoy plenty of parking for you and your vacation peeps! High in the mountains with seasonal views. Minutes to Ober Gatlinburg and downtown! Local bear family that likes to visit the property on occasion. (NOT guaranteed to see them every visit) but very likely to! Local mountain roads are paved but narrow in some spots. Any 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicle can easily make it around the Upper Alpine roads just be cautious when passing other vehicles. Please be aware of local bears or other wildlife. Enjoy the breathtaking and tranquil setting surrounded by the National Park and all that Downtown Gatlinburg has to offer! Outdoor Living There is a large deck at the rear of the condo, accessible from the Master bedroom and the main living area. There is a large grassy area beyond the deck, but please be aware that there are bears that roam the property at times. NEVER feed the bears for your safety and theirs! NEVER leave food outside on the deck. Parking There is free parking available. Please remember to lock your car doors as these bears are particularly smart and have learned how to open car doors for a snack! You will have access to pool areas during the summer season(May 1 - Sept. {Labor Day Weekend}). Please abide by all pool rules. A fee will be charged for lost pool passes. Pool towels not provided; please plan to bring your own if you plan on using the pool! Pool Clubs: Alpine Club- at the entrance of your condo! Guest access Pool Other things to note We suggest that you use your mobile phones navigation for directions to the condo. We have found that some of the vehicle navigations take you to the wrong address. We do have routine pest control, however we are located in the middle of the great outdoors, and bugs and critters can enter through open doors and/or windows.
