Looking for a secluded retreat? This expansive cabin is the very definition, set on two acres with no neighbors around to make noise. Gaze out onto the San Juan river - you won't believe how close it is! Guests can cook up something delicious in the private gas grill, or just gather around the natural stone firepit and gaze up at the stars. The main deck off the kitchen also provides great views of the river and surrounding mountains. The inside is just as relaxing, with plenty of windows throughout to provide natural light. The living room's picture windows are a particular highlight (get it?). The main bedroom is on this first level, set with a king bed and an en en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. Downstairs, guests can also settle into the second main bedroom, which features a log king bed, an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, and a separate entrance to the lower patio. The remaining bedrooms are all downstairs: the third bedroom features a log queen bed, the fourth includes one king bed, and the final bedroom features a king bed. No matter what bedroom guests choose, everyone can come help out in the fully equipped kitchen with two sinks and a double oven. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
