Located in Duck/ 4 Bedrooms/ 3 Full Bathrooms Sailaway is the perfect place for your family vacation! Take in the sunshine and salt air just steps away from the beach. There is plenty of deck space for sun and shade lovers as well. You can see and hear the ocean from the deck (horizon view). Swimmers and sunbathers will love the private pool and hot tub. Located in the southern subdivision of Tuckahoe, a private beach community, Sailaway is an easy walk into the town of Duck, giving you plenty to do! Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool and hot tub, basketball hoop and carport with an outside shower. Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Single Bed and flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, Single Bed and flat-screen TV/DVD and a hall bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer. Top Level: Great room with cathedral ceilings, flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 4 plus deck access, dining room seating 8, breakfast table seating 2 and a newly added sun room with private deck access. King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and semi-private bathroom (second access to the hallway).
