Our property is approx. 1 block from Salmon Harbor. It's the self-proclaimed Dungeness crab capital of the world. We are also 1 block off of highway 101 and less than 1/4 mile from the Oregon Dunes. Our home is themed in crab and nautical look. It features a hot tub, and you'll see the huge crab and crab dock as you arrive in the front yard, we have a large, gated parking area on the side of the home that will fit a truck and trailer. The area is quiet and safe. A store is less than a block away as well as numerous ATV rentals. It's truly a Cozy Crab Cottage.

My wife and I lived in the Pacific Northwest for many years, and we own two homes in the area. We love the "Oregon Adventure Coast" and we love sharing our home with our guests. We are 50%'ers. Winchester Bay is a fishing town. It was one of the first ports on the Oregon coast. It's home to a crab fishing fleet, Multiple fishing charter services, Salmon Harbor and Oregon Dunes. The Umpqua River and the Pacific Ocean are in close proximity and some of the best crabbing and Salmon fishing in the world. The Umpqua Lighthouse, Museum and gift shop are a must to see and especially at night. Great dining is a block away and the commercial boats sell seafood right off of their decks. Our home was built in 1940 and was a fishing cottage. It was remodeled last year to include New flooring, all new appliances, new furniture and a fun nautical paint scheme and theme. Our home is currently the most booked vacation rental in the area and it is booked year around.
