Welcome to The Inner Banks at SML! Relax and unwind in this modern lakefront home. If you have been looking for the perfect vacation rental at Smith Mountain Lake, then you are in luck. This chalet has it all - 180-degree wide water views, large wraparound porches, a grand primary bedroom with a private deck, and access to a massive dock with a lakeside bar. On the main level, you have lake views for days. Without a doubt, the best feature of this home is the entire lake side being lined with sliding glass doors leading out to the wraparound porch. The A-frame windows are a stunning touch to this contemporary lake home and provide maximum natural light all throughout. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to make your home-away-from-home feel complete. Cook and enjoy all of your meals in the kitchen, featuring beautiful stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that faces the lake. The dining room table is surrounded by sliding glass doors and lake views, making every seat in the house the ultimate dining experience. The spacious living room provides lake views from every angle, a TV, and a large sectional with plenty of seating for the whole group. To round off the main level, you have two guest bedrooms, a full-size bathroom with a standalone shower, and a laundry room. Head upstairs to the romantic grand primary suite - it will be hard getting out of bed in the mornings when you wake up to the views from up here! No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
