A private room inside a cozy and well maintained Cape Cod style home, highlighting a spa retreat style bathroom with waterfall shower head and some basic amenities. The room is offered with a queen size medium firm bed, a dresser, full length mirror, closet, Amazon Fire TV, WiFi, and individual A/C and Heating unit. The only shared spaces will be the laundry in the basement and the outdoor patio. I have a Peloton bike in the basement that is available for use as well (but I only have the clip in pedals for cycling shoes). Other areas of the house are for the owner's use, the living spaces and kitchen are not part of this listing. However, the house is fully equipped with everything you could need, so just ask if you have a specific item you need and I'll see if I can offer it for use! The room is ideal for guests traveling through the area for a work trip, short weekend, or a South Coast Massachusetts getaway! LGBTQIA+ welcomed and a safe space! Please note, the property has 3 Ring cameras on the exterior of the home. 1 is on the side entrance, 1 is the doorbell, and the last is mounted on the 2nd floor facing the side street of the house.

The Little Swan Retreat is situated in a quintessential coastal New England neighborhood, where the houses are charming, unique, and maintained by hard working and proud homeowners. The streets are tree lined and quiet. Because the area is all residential there is not a lot of traffic or people passing through that don't live in the area. It is great for someone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but also having convenient access to the essentials. We have a Dunkin Donuts a few blocks away, CVS, Walgreens, a great breakfast spot just a 5 minute walk from the front door, a grocery store up the road, and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores for any of your needs.
