For alpine skiing enthusiasts, Brundage Mountain Resort is 11 miles away, and Tamarack Resort is 22 miles. Along with walking access to local entertainment and attractions, you'll also be able to enjoy a variety of on-site amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness facility, racquetball, and tennis/pickleball courts. There's a children's playground next door at Fairway Park and there is a convenient market right around the corner for last-minute odds and ends. The townhouse makes an ideal home base for any season. In the summer months, enjoy the outdoors on the private patio. Winters can be spent cozied up around the wood stove in the living room. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare everything from home-cooked meals to beachside picnics or snacks for the mountain. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
