Hey, I'm Dylan the founder of Haven Vacation Rentals. Our team manages vacation rentals in and around the Smoky Mountains. We love providing places for people to rest and relax while they take a break from the busyness of life! We like for our guests to know that when you stay at one of our properties, you are helping alleviate poverty and end human trafficking around the world. We want to notify all guests that in addition to the extensive cleaning standards we already follow, we have recently doubled down on disinfecting and sanitizing our homes so that our guests can rest assured the home they stay at for their vacation is as safe as possible. Haven’s guests can sleep easy knowing that we take safety issues seriously and that we are responding to the current challenges in a way that allows you to relax and enjoy your stay with us, your friends and family. - Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. - For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.
