The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional set up fee.

Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a fine for smoking in the house.

Up to two dogs will be considered. A pet fee would apply.

The garage space houses a separate apartment that the owners use occasionally. The garage is separate from the main house and not available to guests. No amenities or common space is shared
