Here at the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be just a few steps from indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a sauna and steam room, a mini-golf course, clay tennis courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. When you're not collecting seashells on the beach, you can dine at two on-site restaurants, take a quick drive or bike ride to Grand Boulevard (one mile north) and Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), or spend an afternoon hiking in the neighboring Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 8. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
