There's a free tram service for when you don't feel like walking to the beach, as well as several walking trails on the property. If you're looking to explore your surroundings, you'll find excellent shopping and dining at Baytowne Wharf two miles north, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets two miles west, and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park four miles east. THINGS TO KNOW No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
