Q: Are you pet-friendly?
A: *There is a pet fee for all pets that are not service animals. The pet fee is 85 plus tax (per stay, not day) for the first pet, and 60 plus tax for each additional pet. The tax rate is 16%. We handle pet fees manually so additional pets are more affordable for guests. Please let us know about your pets right after you book. Note: Pet fees are not included in the booking total.
The mandatory 43 dollar service charge covers guests for up to 750 dollars in accidental damages, if the guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding 750 dollars will be charged to the guest's payment method.
Please select the correct number of guests when booking, as there is a 10 dollar (per person, per night) extra guest fee for each guest after 8. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a 40 dollar per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is 40 per hour.
Q: How do I check in?
A: The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.

Welcome to Dahlonega! Our pet-friendly (pet fee applies*), spacious two-bedroom home and two-bedroom guest house are just two miles from the Dahlonega Square and half a mile from Accent Cellars, a five-star micro-winery.
Larger House:
Our first house is no tiny two bedroom cabin! With an open floor plan and a modern design, the large dining and living areas make it perfect for entertaining.
The master bedroom features a king bed and vaulted ceiling, as well as a spacious bathroom with a custom shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. There are also two roll-out cots for extra guests.
Enjoy the six-person hot tub and fenced-in backyard, a beautiful garden area with patio and outdoor fireplace, perfect for a family barbeque.
Smaller House:
Our second house is a cute, quirky cottage on a shared driveway with the first house. Our guests find this cozy cottage charming, with its unique décor, private patio with four-person hot tub, and quick four-minute drive to the Dahlonega Square.
The house has two bedrooms (both with queen beds), one bathroom, and comes equipped with DISH TV. Sleeping options for extra guests include the couch and a twin cot.
Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in.
Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. Please inquire before booking.

Property Notes:
- The houses are on a shared driveway with a tiny home that is used for storage.
- Wi-Fi is shared between the houses. Guests can expect internet download speeds around 105 Mbps.
- In the smaller house, there are several small steps into the small office and bedroom. The smaller bedroom has low ceilings (5'4" at the lowest point), so it's great for kids and grownups who are vertically challenged, but not so great for giants!

Q: Are the gas fireplaces available to use year round?
A: The gas to the fireplaces is turned off from May 1 to October 1.
