This stunning condo offers a beautiful view of the Tropical Gardens and Pools, with a decor inspired by the beach. The unit underwent a remodel in December 2024 & January 2025 to include all new living room furniture, drapes, and brand-new artwork. Adorned in soothing shades of blue, green, and gray, unit C500 is designed for comfort and relaxation. The unit boasts an open floor plan that leads to a private, spacious balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and elegantly tiled floors. All necessary dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to make meal preparation and serving effortless. The dining area features a large table for gatherings. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a twin bunk area. The open living room includes a loveseat, along with a TV and DVD player. A full bathroom is conveniently located off the main hallway near the bunk alcove. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, a TV, and a DVD player. The second bedroom has two twin beds, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and DVD player. For added convenience, the home includes a laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided by VACASA. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
