Dave and Julie, the current managers, live on site and met in Colorado while Julie was trying to relocate to St. Thomas in 2008 and quickly fell in love. They were married on Trunk Bay in November 2011 and had their family stay at Coconut Coast Villas while here for the wedding. Shortly after the wedding they went to work to fulfill Julie’s dream of moving to the Virgin Islands. On December 10, 2013 they made the move to St. John and now call it home. It’s quite the story, be sure to ask for the rest of the story when you meet them.
Dave and Julie enjoy helping guests have the best experience they can on island by providing tips on great beaches to spend time on, hiking adventures and info on boat trips around St John and the surrounding islands.

Originally built as condominiums for local residents, the nine suites are designed for convenience and comfort. They are located in a quiet family neighborhood close to town. Our ocean front property is just a short 10 minute stroll from the heart of Cruz Bay and still holds the charm of “old St. John.”
All of our rooms are Oceanfront and do all involve accessing stairs to reach them.

Coconut Coast Villas is approximately a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of Cruz Bay town where all the restaurants, bars and shopping is. Taxis are available to get around the island, but we do recommend renting a vehicle to get to experience all the island has to offer.
