Please be advised if pets are left unattended in the rooms they must be placed in a pet crate so that housekeepers may service the rooms.
You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve a room at The Fred. Persons 18-25 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay at The Fred.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout The Fred especially including rooms, balconies and grounds. An Environmental Cleaning Fee up to $500 will be added to your ledger if you smoke in your room. If you wish to smoke please move to a public area such as the beach or across the street and please ensure that you are at least 20 feet from any door or window.
