-Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. Credit cards will be pre-authorised and the pre-authorisation will hold the full amount of booking at least 7 days prior to arrival. The full of amount of the booking must be paid when checking in.
-Holidays, New Year's and weekends in high season (Staying Friday and Saturday night period May 23 - August 17): Room rate does not include meals and the surcharge will be collected upon check-in.
- If a guest's name checking in at the hotel is different from the guest's name in the confirmation voucher, the surcharge for changing the guest's name is VND500.000
- Please show a photo identification and your credit card which was used to pay for the reservation in Online Application. If the credit card doesn't match in Hotel voucher, direct payment might be required.
- A damage deposit of VND 1000000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash or credit card payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash or credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

- Food and beverage are not allowed to bring into the room and hotel during your stay.
- On 31 Dec 2022, the room rate does not include compulsory meals and the surcharge will be collected upon check-in. Gala Dinner VND850.000/person.
