- The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
- Children aged 6–11 years can stay free of charge but incur a breakfast charge of 300.000 VND per (child/night) when breakfast is included in the rate.
- Children aged 12–18 years incur an additional charge of 690.000 VND per night when using extra beds.
