The owners are Karin & Domenic Quarta who have been living in the area for 34 years. Domenic was in the hospitality industry & speaks English, Italian & a little German. Karin was also in the hospitality industry & speaks English, Afrikaans & Dutch. Karin's hoppy is ceramics of which there are a few items on display in the apartment.

The apartment is situated in the quiet suburb of Randpark and has easy access to most places of interest such as Sandton City, Mandela Square, Rosebank, Montecasino and Johannesburg CDB. It also has easy access to the N1 highway which connects Johannesburg to Pretoria, Durban and surrounding places.
