Green Point Self Catering Studios are well-equipped with extra long King-size beds and good quality white cotton bedding. Enjoy a very central position on the Atlantic Seaboard close to the major tourist attractions, cafes, restaurants, the citysightseeing-bus route, the famous Sea Point Promenade with its seawater pool and the V&A Waterfront. The studios are situated in a 1950's small block of apartments within in a tree lined street famous for a row of late Victorian houses. This is the ideal spot from where to explore beautiful Cape Town.
The owner, Ian Pretorius loves exploring the historic neighbourhoods of Cape Town to admire architecture. Contrasting with that, Ian loves going for mountain walks that afford spectacular views over the city and ocean. And yes, trying to visit as many as possible new restaurants and visiting the array of wine farms just outside Cape Town is another favourite past time! Ian is happy to assist guests with information on Cape Town.
Three Anchor Bay is a tiny neighbourhood on the slopes of Signal Hill sandwiched between Green Point and Sea Point. The promenade must be the most famous open air public space stretching along the ocean. Here you can go for a walk, a jog or just sit on a bench to eat ice cream and do some people and dog watching. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops, the Sea Point swimming pool, outdoor gym and the Urban Park. You can go canoeing or even para-gliding from Signal Hill. A great lifestyle combining ocean, open space and city living.
