An up-market holiday home in Uvongo with exquisite sunrise and breathtaking sea- and breaker views from the patio. This rooftop apartment located on the second floor offers a spacious living experience with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a stylish dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large covered patio. Additionally, the upper floor is highlighted by a large covered rooftop patio, complete with a bar, a small kitchen and a gas braai, providing a perfect space for outdoor entertainment and relaxation. Bedroom one consists of a queen-size bed and has a full en-suite bathroom with a bath, and shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, shower only. Bedroom three has 2 single beds while bathroom three is also a full bathroom with a bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, and fridge. Additionally, a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble-dryer are available for guests to use, ensuring that laundry is taken care of with ease. The living area is the perfect place to unwind and relax, featuring a comfortable seating area, a TV with DStv channels, WIFI, and showmax. The property features a convenient double garage equipped with an automated garage door, ensuring ease and security for vehicle parking. The complex provides the added convenience of back-up water supply. Please note that the Jacuzzi is exclusively available for stays lasting longer than 7 days. Additionally, the air-conditioners and spa bath have been disconnected to prevent any potential damage during load-shedding.
