The apartment is light, modern and contemporary with most of apartment opening onto the balcony overlooking the park. High standard of luxury, smart Tv, Dstv, Show max, Netflix, Free wifi, Communal swimming pool, Kitchen utensils, Inbuilt braai, Fridge freezer, Microwave, Stove, Oven ,Linen, Washing machine, Dining area, outdoor furniture.
A setback is a setup for a comeback!
It’s a very safe neighbourhood and the property offers 24 hrs security. It’s less than a kilometre to restaurants and mall.
