This intimate property is located within the Garden Route, 10 km from Plettenberg Bay and 24 km from Knysna. It offers elegant, thatched-roofed suites and non-thatched rooms and free WiFi is available throughout. Each individually decorated, air-conditioned suite and room at Hunter's Country House features tea/coffee facilities, a minibar and certain suites feature a fireplace. Some also have their own private terrace with a pool and garden. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine around the outdoor boma with couches and a fireplace. Breakfast is served in the conservatory, while light lunches and dinners are available by reservation in the dining room or outdoors on the lawn. A large, outdoor swimming pool is on site, along with a childrens play area. Hunter's Country House also has a shared library with a fireplace. Area activities include golfing, horse riding, boat trips, nature walks and swimming with seals. The Tenikwa Wild Cat Sanctuary, Monkeyland and Birds of Eden are all within 30 minutes’ drive.
