This modern hotel in Hamburg welcomes you directly on the banks of the Alster, a short walk from Hamburg Central Station. WLAN is available free of charge in the lobby and in the rooms. Thank you, Ibis Hotel Hamburg! I arrived in Hamburg early in the morning by ferry from Malmö. Although the check-in time was at 3:00 PM, I was already at the hotel by 7:00 AM. Two hours before my arrival, I had messaged the hotel saying that I was very tired and kindly asked for early check-in. The staff were understanding and kind — they welcomed me at 8:00 AM without any extra charge. Thank you so much for your hospitality! I truly appreciate your care. I wish your company continued growth and success. From now on, whenever I travel, I will choose Ibis hotels!
