It has been a while since I stayed at an IBIS hotel and this was by far the best one I have stayed. I was not expecting a trendy, busy and friendly environment - it checks all boxes for a short stay. Well done !

Nonostante fosse direttamente fuori la stazione centrale dei treni non abbiamo sentito nessun rumore. Stanza minimal ma accogliente. Abbondante scelta per la colazione al buffet tra dolce, salato, con o senza lattosio o glutine, vegano e vegetariano. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e professionale.

Great location and close to train and bus lines. Room very spacious and comfortable. Loved the bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. Overall it was a really amazing stay!

Staff were lovely and the room was better than I had expected from an Ibis hotel! We had a lovely big window overlooking the docks. Other than that, it was very clean and comfortable. We were only here for one night for a concert but it was a great location to travel to the O2 (a short walk from the cable cars, my favorite!) and the station next to the ExCel will get you right to Heathrow Airport. The lobby also has nice areas to relax in with a bar and I believe a little tuck shop, but as we were only there for one night we didn't get a chance for a good look.

Check-in experience was excellent and despite i checked in the night, the agent was really welcoming. Breakfast was also really good as everyone was upgraded Novotel breakfast next door.

Situated in Sheffield city centre, Ibis Sheffield City is a 10-minute walk from Sheffield Railway Station and located next to Ponds Forge. Very clean and new place, close to the city centre. Checking in was seamless, staff was friendly. Parking was convenient with a 50% discount using ibis' provided code. Will definitely return.
