We turned to the front desk for assistance, and the man there handled the situation professionally. He promptly called security, who escorted the individual away without causing any commotion. The situation was resolved smoothly, and we felt safe and secure. Overall, our stay was pleasant and worry-free, thanks to the great location and attentive staff.
