We had the most fantastic meal, so many courses, such great flavours. The chef asked what sort of food we liked in advance and the meal was superb. We will be back. The staff team were attentive and very nice. We felt well looked after.

Room was nicely decorated, well equipped and clean. Breakfast excellent and evening meal good pub fare. I like the slightly quirky style of the place - so much better than bigger fancier hotels that are often soulless.

Located in Buckfast, Devon, and nestled inside Dartmoor National Park, The Abbey Inn offers bed and breakfast accommodation, a bar. Ambiance!!! This old inn on the river was just beautiful! We ate dinner outside to the sound of the rippling stream. It was just beautiful and so relaxing! The staff were very helpful, nice room and comfy beds. We'd love to come back and stay longer!
