It is located near the souq for shopping as well as being close to several cafes and nice areas to walk around with old mud buildings. Not bad, but something to be advised of: There are not too many restaurant choices incredibly close for a sit down meal. There is a restaurant across from the hotel but I did not eat there so I cannot say if it is good or not. The road to access is very narrow, I think this is where my rental was scratched and I had to pay a large fee so be very careful driving.

Perfect location to explore Nizwa, beautiful roof terrace, very special and beautiful design of our room. We were in the room towards the street and even though there is a construction site across the road, the noise was on a minimum level and we slept wonderfully. The price-quality ratio was the best one we experienced during our Oman roundtrip. Thanks again also for the quick responses via WhatsApp and the flexible and great support!
