Hotel and also surrounding area is very picturesque. The road to the hotel from Killin is very beautiful, nice views. Staff is really nice. We can more than recommend.

Shaun and Kate are perfect hosts. We felt at home right from the start. The house is tastefully decorated with a sense for the details and the room was large, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom had a window and a bathtub with a modern shower. The bed was comfortable and we slept really well. Although we didn't use it, there is also a nice hot tub in the large garden. There are numerous bird feeders all around the premises and it was joyful to watch the birds during our meals and from our room. We enjoyed the three course dinner as well as the breakfast freshly made with lots of love. We had interesting conversations with our kind hosts and would love to come back in the future. The location is perfect for visiting nearby attractions.

Beautiful place and home to stay in a nice little village. Views were spectacular and the house was very well equipped for cooking and relaxing. Quiet place with private enclosed garden, undisturbed stay with everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

Excellent stay in a perfect location. pictures do not do this justice as the lodge is magical. Ali is the perfect host with great communication and great local knowledge, lodge is so comfortable with everything thought out for the perfect stay as well as the delights of an outdoor bath and the wonderful sauna. My partner and I visited The Bothy for three nights with our two dogs and we can’t wait to come back. There was a Hot tub ready for us on arrival/ robes and the fire inside was a great feature. Just outside the property we had access to a lovely walking route, which was so handy with having dogs (remember your wellies!) Also we loved your style! You can tell a lot of hard work has went into it. We would recommend the walk to Loch Rusky just across the road and Ben Gullipen.
