From the moment we checked in we felt welcomed and cared for. Our modern apart-hotel room was perfect for our 10 day stay. Everything you could need and more. Very clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast selection and quality was fantastic, and Leanne was a very friendly and wonderful supervisor. The shuttle was always available to take us to the ski resort. Good ski locker facilities. We really enjoyed the adult wellness space each afternoon which included a big spa bath, two different types of saunas, a steam room and lounge beds, plus herbal teas and fruit. They also had an online portal to order room delivered dinners from external restaurants, plus there's a great restaurant right next door.

Dinner is great. I recommend to have dinner at this hotel. also breakfast is good too. Location and view from hotel is super. Very good location to enjoy cycling and hiking. Staff is very friendly and very nice people. This hotel is great place to stay.

I am literally speechless, one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and answered all our questions to explore the Dolomites with so much patience and thought. The breakfast was amazing. The evening tea time snacks and coffee was amazing. The location of the property was perfect and the rooms were classy and perfect.

    All the Staff were very friendly & extremely helpful with anything we needed. Room was spacious, with a lovely Balcony. Warm& cozy. The Lounge area was great for getting together with our group. It is a perfect spot to access Ski Lifts as a short walk to & from the Shuttle Bus each day. Be aware Shuttle Bus stops for lunch 11.45-1.15. Wish I had been aware of this!
